Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your handcrafted Huanshine pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized items and final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item received). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
